Positioning and Advantages: Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo is a near-alpha titanium alloy that combines high strength, excellent creep resistance, and fracture toughness across a temperature range from room temperature to 540°C. It offers a higher operating temperature limit than TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) and demonstrates superior stability at elevated temperatures.
Typical Applications: High-pressure compressor blades, disks, spacers, and seals for aero-engines, as well as engine afterburner structures and airframe thermal skins.

3. Lork Group Value-Added Services: We offer processing services based on your drawings—such as cut-to-length, precision leveling, and surface sandblasting or pickling—to minimize material loss during intermediate processing stages.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Standard testing scope:
1. Chemical composition: Spectroscopic analysis, gas analysis (O, N, H).
2. Mechanical properties: Room-temperature tensile testing, high-temperature tensile testing (upon request), impact toughness, hardness (approx. 32 HRC).
3. Non-destructive testing (NDT): Ultrasonic testing (UT) to ensure the absence of internal metallurgical defects such as cracks or inclusions.
4. Dimensions and appearance: Thickness tolerance, surface roughness, and flatness inspection.
