1J30 is an Fe-Ni Soft magnetic alloy, also known as N30 alloy. It is composed of about 30% nickel and about 70% iron with small amounts of chromium and silicon.
It is a magnetic material with high magnetic permeability and low magnetic saturation, as well as excellent magnetic properties and good processing properties.
It is mainly used for magnetic shunt compensation elements in electromagnetic and permanent magnetic circuits. It is a low Curie temperature (25 ~200 C) alloy.
At the same time, 1J30 alloy has high thermal stability and corrosion resistance, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments.

Process performance
Solution treatment or aging treatment after cold rolling can improve its mechanical properties and service life. Annealing or tempering after cold rolling can improve the machinability and reduce the hardness, thereby improving its operating temperature range and physical indicators such as low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance.
Heat treatment
1J30 Fe-Ni Soft Magnetic Alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties and process performance. 1 J 30 can maintain high strength and plasticity at high temperatures. The room temperature fatigue limit of 1 J 30 can reach 300~400 HRC. It has thermal strength and oxidation resistance.
Features: Below the Curie temperature, its magnetic induction intensity decreases sharply and approximately linearly as the temperature increases.
