1J50 NiFe Soft Magnetic Alloy
Key Properties of 1J50 Soft Magnetic Alloys
1. Magnetic Characteristics
High initial permeability (μi) – Enables efficient magnetization under weak magnetic fields.
High saturation induction (Bs) – Supports strong magnetic flux density.
Low coercivity (Hc) – Reduces energy loss during magnetization reversal.
Low hysteresis loss – Enhances efficiency in AC applications.
2. Electrical and Physical Properties
Low resistivity – While beneficial for DC applications, this increases eddy current losses in AC use.
Thickness-dependent performance – Thicker materials lead to higher eddy current losses, necessitating thin laminations.
Frequency sensitivity – Performance declines at higher frequencies due to increased skin effect and eddy currents.
