3J01 Alloy - Ni36CrTiAl

3J01 precision alloy is an iron-nickel-chromium austenite precipitation strengthening type with high elasticity alloy. After solution treatment, it has good plasticity, low hardness and easy processing and forming. After aging treatment after solid solution or cold strain, high mechanical properties and elastic properties are obtained.

This type of alloy has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus, small elastic aftereffect and hysteresis, weak magnetic properties, good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and can be used at higher temperature and greater stress. Or work under corrosive media conditions. 3J01 alloy can work below 250ºC. This type of alloy can also be used at low temperatures (such as near -200°C).

Electrical Properties: ρ=1.02μΩ·m under cold deformation + aging condition.

Magnetic Properties: The magnetic susceptibility of 3J1 alloy in solution plus aging state is χm=(12.5 ~ 205)×10-11.

Chemical Properties: The alloy has good corrosion resistance to corrosive media such as phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, sulfurous petroleum, fuel oil and lubricating oil, as well as Marine and tropical climate conditions.
