The nickel content provides inherent resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking, the chromium enhances resistance to oxidizing environments, molybdenum defends against pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-bearing solutions, and copper adds significant resistance to reducing acids like sulfuric acid.

Specifications and Quantity: The production of large-diameter piping presents greater manufacturing challenges, while small-batch orders typically incur higher unit costs. Generally, our clients arrange for sample testing prior to placing large-volume orders; our sample library also retains residual samples from previous production runs, which are available upon request for reference purposes.
Inspection Requirements: Additional costs may be incurred if specific testing—such as intergranular corrosion testing (ASTM G28 Method A), ultrasonic flaw detection, or hydrostatic testing—is required.
