Incoloy 800H

The Incoloy 800H alloy has the same basic composition asIncoloy alloy 800 but with significantly higher creep and rupture strength. It boasts excellent aqueous corrosion resistance in high temperature (up to 500℃) aqueous media.

 

The Incoloy 800H alloy features great corrosion resistance to nitric acid and organic acid as well as oxidation and non-oxidation salt but weaker corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and halide. Furthermore, the corrosion resistant alloy shows high corrosion resistance when used in the combination of water and steam as well as the combination of air and carbon dioxide.

 

Resistance to prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures

Excellent resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization

Added Carbon and annealing treatment allows for higher creep and rupture properties above 1100°F (600°C)

Resistant to high temperature corrosion

Readily machined by standard methods

Best joined/welded using products for high temperature situations

Resistance to aqueous corrosion at moderate temperatures
