Why Choose Inconel 600 Springs?
- High-Temperature Performance: Retains strength at temperatures up to 2200°F (1200°C), with reliable operation under continuous loads up to 650°F (345°C).
- Superior Fatigue Life: Handles stresses up to 65,000 psi (450 MPa) with minimal load loss, offering extended service life compared to standard alloys.
- Corrosion Resistance: Resists oxidation, carburization, and chloride-induced degradation, perfect for harsh chemical, marine, and offshore environments.
- Customizable Properties: Available in No. 1 temper (105–135 Ksi) or Spring Temper (up to 220 Ksi) for high-stress applications.
Material Processing
Inconel 600 gains strength through cold working (not age-hardening). Post-coiling, springs are stress-relieved at 850–900°F (450–480°C) for optimal performance.
