GH1035

GH1035 is a Fe Ni Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation high-temperature alloy, which is reinforced with elements such as chromium and tungsten for solid solution and used at temperatures below 900 ℃. The alloy has high thermal strength, close to the level of GH3039 nickel based alloy.

The alloy has good hot working plasticity and welding and cold forming process performance. It has been used to produce parts such as combustion chambers, turbine outer rings, and exhaust devices for turbo engines that operate for a long time below 900 ℃. Suitable for producing flame tubes, combustion chamber jackets, afterburning chambers, guide rings, and other annular components for various aviation and aerospace engines.

This standard is applicable to deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloys, directionally solidified columnar high-temperature alloys, and single crystal high-temperature alloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials with good oxidation resistance, plasticity, and impact performance.
