GH1139 nickel chromium based solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy has characteristics such as high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and processability, making it suitable for high-temperature and highly corrosive environments. After high-temperature heat treatment, it has good plasticity and machinability, and can be processed to form complex parts through processes such as hot pressing, forging, and pressure processing.

The heat treatment system of GH1139 alloy includes solid solution treatment and aging treatment. The purpose of solid solution treatment is to uniformly distribute the solid solution elements in the alloy through heat treatment, thereby improving the strength and toughness of the alloy. The purpose of aging treatment is to adjust the microstructure of the alloy through appropriate temperature and time, and further improve the performance of the alloy.

 

Hot rolled and forged bars: (1050-1150) ℃ x (30-60) min, water quenched or air cooled (WQ or AC).

-Cold rolled thin plate: 1080 ℃± 10 ℃, air cooled (AC), insulation time depends on the actual thickness of the plate.
