GH1180 Description

GH1180 is a solid solution strengthening deformation high-temperature alloy based on Fe Ni Cr, mainly used in high-temperature working environments below 1000 ℃. Composed of elements such as iron, nickel, and chromium, with the addition of appropriate amounts of aluminum, titanium, molybdenum, niobium, and other elements to enhance its performance.
 
The content and ratio of these elements have a significant impact on the properties of the alloy. In terms of microstructure, GH1180 contains grain morphology, grain boundary characteristics, and equal gaps, which can be described and analyzed in detail through metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and other means.

GH1180 Performance characteristics
