GH1333 Description

GH1333 is a Fe Ni Cr based solid solution strengthening deformation high-temperature alloy, which is strengthened by adding elements such as chromium, tungsten, and molybdenum for solid solution, and is used at temperatures below 900 ℃. This alloy has high high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and resistance to hot corrosion, making it easy to process, shape, and weld.

GH1333 high-temperature alloy has the following main characteristics

High temperature resistance: GH1333 alloy can maintain good mechanical properties and stability in high-temperature environments, and has excellent resistance to thermal creep and oxidation resistance.
Good corrosion resistance: This alloy has good resistance to corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt, and is suitable for applications in corrosive environments.
High temperature strength: GH1333 alloy has high tensile strength and yield strength, and can still maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Excellent processing performance: GH1333 alloy has good plasticity and processability, and can be manufactured in different shapes and sizes through methods such as hot working, cold working, and microstructure control.

GH1333 heat treatment system

Thin plate, strip, medium thick plate: 1170 ℃ -1200 ℃, fast air cooling, insulation time depends on the thickness of the plate.
Bars, forgings, and rings: 1093 ℃± 28 ℃, with a water quenching or rapid air cooling insulation time of 10 minutes for every 25.4mm thickness.
