GH2018 alloy is a precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy based on iron, nickel, and chromium. It exhibits excellent strength and good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, and metallurgical fields.
Physical Performance Parameters
Density: GH2018 alloy has a density of 8.24g/cm ³, which is smaller compared to other metal materials. This allows it to reduce the weight of aircraft and improve fuel utilization in the aerospace field.
Thermal expansion coefficient: The linear expansion coefficient of GH2018 alloy is 11.2 × 10 ⁻⁶/K, indicating that it has small thermal expansion characteristics in high temperature environments and is suitable for manufacturing furnaces and smelting equipment at high temperatures.

GH2018 Alloy Mechanical Performance
The mechanical properties of GH2018 alloy at different temperatures are as follows:
At room temperature, the tensile strength after delivery and aging treatment is ≥ 930 MPa, and the elongation after fracture is ≥ 15%.
At 800 ° C, the tensile strength after delivery and aging treatment is ≥ 430 MPa, and the elongation after fracture is ≥ 15%.
Heat treatment system
The recommended solid solution treatment system is 1100~1150 ° C, air-cooled; The aging treatment is 800 ° C ± 10 ° C, and the air is cooled after insulation for 16 hours.
