GH2026

GH2026 is a Fe Ni Co Cr precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, with a long-term usage temperature range of 540 ℃ to 570 ℃, and a maximum usage temperature of 677 ℃. The comprehensive performance of gh2026 alloy is superior, with excellent stress relaxation resistance and creep resistance, and no notch sensitivity.

GH2026, due to its superior comprehensive performance, excellent stress relaxation resistance and creep resistance, and no notch sensitivity, is suitable for making parts such as bolts, gas seal spring sheets, sealing rings, and pins. gh2026 alloy has been successfully applied to fasteners for ground steam turbines, and can operate for over 100000 hours under steam conditions ranging from 540 ℃ to 570 ℃, with good performance. Similar alloys abroad are also used for fasteners and blades in aviation turbine engines.

 

The standard heat treatment system for GH2026 alloy is oil quenching at 1025 ℃± 13 ℃ for 1 hour, followed by air cooling at 815 ℃± 8 ℃ for 20 hours, and finally cooling at 730 ℃± 8 ℃ for 20 hours.

The physical properties of GH2026 alloy include melting temperature range, phase transition point, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, thermal diffusivity, specific heat capacity, coefficient of linear expansion, etc. Its density is 8.20g/cm ³, with excellent elastic and chemical properties.

GH2026 alloy has excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, good plasticity, durability, and impact resistance. The mechanical properties vary under different heat treatment conditions, such as room temperature performance and durability performance after standard heat treatment.
