GH2036 Description

GH2036 alloy is a nickel based high-temperature alloy composed of elements such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, molybdenum, aluminum, titanium, and carbon. This alloy has good high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, petrochemical and other fields in high-temperature working environments.
 
Corresponding to GB/T 14992-2005, this standard is applicable to deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloys, directionally solidified columnar high-temperature alloys, and single crystal high-temperature alloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.
 
The cold working performance of GH2036 alloy is poor, and generally requires hot work and heat treatment to achieve ideal performance. Meanwhile, GH2036 exhibits good plasticity and high-temperature strength at high temperatures, making it suitable for manufacturing high-temperature structural components and high-temperature endurance components.

GH2036 Alloy Performance

High temperature strength: GH2036 alloy has good high temperature strength below 1100 ℃, and the strength decreases with the increase of temperature. The alloy can achieve ideal high-temperature strength through reasonable heat treatment process and alloy formula.
Antioxidant performance: GH2036 alloy has good antioxidant performance and can form a dense oxide film in a high-temperature atmosphere, playing a role in protecting the substrate material.
Corrosion resistance: GH2036 alloy has good corrosion resistance and can be used stably for a long time in many highly corrosive media. Its corrosion resistance is mainly derived from the addition of molybdenum and other alloying elements in the alloy.
Processing performance: GH2036 alloy has poor cold processing performance and generally requires hot processing and heat treatment. During hot processing, the deformation temperature range of the alloy is wide, but the deformation stress is high, and reasonable control of processing parameters is necessary.
