GH2038

GH2038 is a Fe Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used at temperatures below 700 ℃.  GH2038 alloy has high thermal strength, as well as good cutting and welding properties when used below 700 ℃. GH2038 alloy is mainly used for hot end components such as turbine discs, combustion chamber casing parts, turbine casings, supports, shafts, blades, and nuts used below 700 ℃.

 

Corresponding to GB/T 14992-2005, this standard is applicable to deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloys, directionally solidified columnar high-temperature alloys, and single crystal high-temperature alloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.

Aerospace industry: GH2038 alloy used to manufacture various components of aviation engines, such as turbine blades, compressor blades, gas turbines, etc., due to their excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance.

Petrochemical industry: GH2038 alloy used for manufacturing equipment in high-temperature and corrosive working environments such as chemical reactors, pipelines, and valves, to ensure stable operation of equipment under harsh working conditions.
