GH2132

GH2132 alloy is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr based high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium, and trace amounts of boron. It has high yield strength, persistent and creep strength below 650 ℃, as well as good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. Suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing components of aircraft engines that operate for a long time below 650 ℃, such as turbine discs, compressor discs, rotor blades, and fasteners. GH2132 alloy can produce various shaped deformation products, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires, and annular parts.

 

Corresponding to GB/T 14992-2005, this standard is applicable to deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloys, directionally solidified columnar high-temperature alloys, and single crystal high-temperature alloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.
