GH2135 Alloy Description
GH2135 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used at temperatures below 700 ℃. Adding elements such as aluminum and titanium to the alloy forms an aging precipitation strengthening phase, while adding elements such as chromium, tungsten, and molybdenum for solid solution strengthening. GH2135 alloy has good resistance to low cycle fatigue, increased yield strength below 700 ℃ with increasing temperature, and good plasticity during hot working. GH2135 alloy the main products include bars, cakes, plates, forgings, and precision castings.
Corresponding to GB/T 14992-2005, this standard is applicable to deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys (equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloys, directionally solidified columnar high-temperature alloys, and single crystal high-temperature alloys), high-temperature alloy wires for welding, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, dispersion strengthened high-temperature alloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials.

Application Overview and Characteristics of GH2135 Alloy
GH2135 alloy has been used to produce I and II stage turbine discs for two types of aircraft engines, equipped for use in the field. GH2135 alloy can also be used to produce hot forming molds that work at 750 ℃ to 850 ℃, such as forging hammer anvils, hydraulic press anvils or block anvils, hot stamping molds, etc.
Compared with nickel based alloys of similar uses, GH2135 alloy can save w (Ni) 41% and w (Cr) 5.5%. After long-term aging at temperatures above 800 ℃, the alloy exhibits needle like precipitates in the grains and Laves precipitates at grain boundaries.
