GH2136 Alloy Description

GH2136 is a Fe Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy. The iron based high-temperature alloy contains 25% to 60% nickel, and is precipitation strengthened with Ti Al elements. It is a single austenite matrix structure with good structural stability and reliable usability. The corresponding standard GB/T 14992-1994 is designed to provide excellent performance in high temperature environments below 700 ℃. GH2136 alloy is developed on the basis of GH2132 alloy. By adjusting the composition, especially reducing the content of manganese and silicon, and appropriately increasing the proportion of titanium, boron, and carbon, GH2136 alloy significantly reduces the precipitation of brittle phases (such as G phase and σ phase) in long-term use, enhancing the stability of microstructure and properties.
