GH3030

GH3030 solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy. GH3030 has a simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment, and its structure is stable during use.

 

Our main products are cold-rolled thin sheets, and we can also supply deformed products such as bars, rings, wires, and pipes. Mainly used for combustion chamber components of turbo engines working below 800 ℃ and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance but bear very little load below 1100 ℃. GH3030 has strong hot and cold processing performance, and is used to make various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.

 

This alloy has been tested for long-term use in aircraft engines and is mainly used for combustion chamber and afterburner components, as well as components such as the mounting edge of the gearbox.

Note: According to the standards for bar and ring billets, Cu ≤ 0.20%.

2. The standards for hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, cold-rolled strips, pipes, wires, and cold drawn wires for cold heading specify that Fe ≤ 1.00%, P ≤ 0.015%, S ≤ 0.010%, Pb ≤ 0.001%, and Cu ≤ 0.007%.
