GH3625 Description
GH3625 alloy is a Ni Cr based solid solution strengthening deformation high-temperature alloy, corresponding to the standard GB/T 14992-2005. It is a solid solution strengthening nickel based deformation high-temperature alloy with chromium, molybdenum, and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 ℃ and good processing and welding performance.
GH3625 alloy has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion under salt spray atmosphere. GH3625 alloy can be widely used in the manufacturing of aircraft engine components, aerospace structural components, and chemical equipment. We can supply various types of plates, bars, pipes, and forgings.

GH3625 Alloy Applications and Features
GH3625 alloy has a low corrosion rate in both marine and non marine environments, with good resistance to seawater corrosion and various salt solutions. It has good corrosion resistance to HNO3 and H3PO4, and also has considerable resistance to HCl and low concentrations of H2SO4 heated below the boiling point. After long-term use at 550-700 ℃, the alloy undergoes aging hardening, which can lead to a slight decrease in its plasticity.
It can be used for aviation equipment, as well as for pitting corrosion in seawater, resistance to chloride stress corrosion, F-H3PO4 resistance, etc., such as manufacturing thin walled containers and fittings, corrosion-resistant pipelines, reactors, heat exchangers, and valves.
GH3625 Processing and Welding Performance
GH3625 alloy has a high temperature deformation resistance, with a general processing temperature of 1170 degrees, large deformation ranging from 1010 to 1170 degrees, and micro deformation can be carried out above 930 degrees. Cold working and cold forming operations are good. Heat treatment generally ranges from 1093 to 1204 degrees. Good welding performance.
