GH3652 alloy is a Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used in a solid solution state at temperatures below 1100 ℃. Corresponding to the standard GB/T 14992-2005, GH3652 alloy has excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, moderate tensile and tensile strength, good forming process and machining performance, and good structural stability. GH3652 alloy suitable for producing combustion chambers and insulation panels for aircraft engines below 1100 ℃. In the field of civil industry, it can be used to produce high-temperature device components for use below 1200 ℃. The main products include hot-rolled and forged bars, hot-rolled and cold-rolled thin plates, strips, and forgings.
GH3652 Application
GH3652 alloy is used to make engine combustion chambers and afterburner components. For example, nozzle covers, box sleeves, diffusers, and insulation screens.
