X8CrNi25-21

X8CrNi25-21 is a high nickel austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Its heat resistance temperature range is usually above 800 ℃. X8CrNi25-21 has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, thus maintaining good performance in high-temperature environments.

Material number: 1.4845, corresponding to standard DIN EN 10095-2018

X8CrNi25-21 has a high density and melting point, as well as good thermal conductivity and linear expansion coefficient. In terms of mechanical properties, its tensile strength is 520MPa, elongation is 205MPa, elongation is 40%, and cross-sectional shrinkage is 50%.

During the heat treatment process, a heating temperature of 1030-1180 degrees Celsius is used and rapid cooling is carried out to achieve solid solution treatment and obtain appropriate hardness.

X8CrNi25-21 is widely used in fields such as chemical, petroleum, electricity, aviation, light industry, food processing, etc. It is particularly suitable for equipment manufacturing in high temperature and corrosive environments, such as boilers, heat exchangers, automotive exhaust systems, chemical reactors, etc. Its characteristics include good heat resistance, strong corrosion resistance, easy processing, and stable structure.
