Rewinding to 11 working days ago, when an inquiry email from a Turkish client arrived at Lork Group's inbox, Daisy, a dedicated night owl in our operations team, immediately reviewed the email. She then handed it over to our online sales team late at night. Our sales team immediately activated their "first-response responsibility system," quickly responding to the client and receiving a reply the following working day, successfully seizing the initiative in communication.

Meanwhile, understanding that the client had an urgent need for immediate use, the sales team, while further confirming specifications, quantity, and usage scenarios, also consulted with our factory suppliers to understand the market price of materials and discussed preliminary technical points. Ultimately, after two days, for the client's final requirement of 20 Alloy 49 bars (10mm diameter, 125mm length), we assessed that the material would require surface finishing and machining, taking approximately 2-3 days. Through precise cutting processes and a glossy surface treatment, the originally heavy raw materials were perfectly transformed into polished Alloy 49 finished products ready for direct use by the customer.
